2. Subject Matter
These general contracting conditions (hereinafter, the "Conditions") regulate the contracting of the products and services offered by Marsala Vacanze, all through its Web Page, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties, deriving from the purchase and sale transactions agreed between them.
The owner of the website reserves the right to change these conditions at any time and in its sole discretion, therefore we advise the user to review them frequently.
3. Place an order
Placing an order on this website implies acceptance by the consumer or user of all the conditions stipulated in this document.
4. Purchasing process
Acquisition of products/services through our channels.
To purchase the products or services offered on the website, it is necessary to fill in the fields with the requested data and accept these general conditions. This acceptance will mean express, full, and unreserved compliance with the totality of the general conditions set out in the version published by Marsala Vacanze which will bind both parties.
The system will issue a personal voucher with details of the services and products purchased, specifying the total price and taxes.
All transactions will be carried out through secure payment platforms and with a total guarantee of confidentiality of your data.
After validation of the payment, the transaction will be final and the user will receive a confirmation email with the details of his transaction.
Marsala Vacanze will ensure that all products and services offered have legal coverage, quality guarantees, and, where appropriate, the corresponding insurance.
Marsala Vacanze is not responsible for the loss or theft of TICKETS.
5. Prices
The price of our products and services is indicated at any time during the purchasing process. All prices shown include VAT applicable at all times.
5.1. Pricing error
If it is discovered that there has been an error in the entry of the price of an item or service after the completion of the purchase, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible to inform him of the incident and offer the cancellation option or maintenance in the correct conditions.
The automatic issuance of the order confirmation does not validate incorrect price conditions. In case of cancellation, any amount paid by the consumer will be refunded. We will not proceed with the shipment without the express agreement of the consumer with the correct pricing conditions.
Marsala Vacanze may change the price of the products or services offered through its sales channels at any time. The final price will be the one in force in the advertisement that coincides with the moment of formalization of the order.
6. Other expenses
In case of additional costs for service, transportation, or special features of the product or service they will be communicated to the consumer and itemized in the final price before payment for the purchase.
7. Right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, as well as for any complaint relating to your purchase, you can contact Marsala Vacanze through the following channels:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 49 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as recently amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of TICKETS.

8. Event Ticket Refunds
Tickets purchased through the portal are non-refundable if the purchaser changes their mind, in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.
A full refund of the ticket is provided exclusively in the following cases:
- cancellation of the event by the organizer;
- substantial change in the date, time, or venue of the event, communicated after purchase.
A substantial change is defined as: any change in the date of the event; any change in the venue of the event; or a change in the start time exceeding 60 (sixty) minutes.
To request a refund, the purchaser must send an email to amministrazione@marsalavacanze.it indicating the order number and the reason for the request.
The refund will be issued within 14 business days of the official notification of cancellation or change to the event, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Marsala Vacanze is not responsible for cancellations or changes attributable to the event organizer.
9. Ticket Validity
The electronic ticket (e-ticket) purchased through the portal is non-transferable and strictly personal. The QR code associated with the ticket is unique, non-duplicable, and valid exclusively for the date and time of the event indicated at the time of purchase. Access to the event is permitted only once per ticket: once validated by the scanner system, the QR code is deactivated and cannot be reused. Marsala Vacanze is not liable for denied access in the event of presentation of a ticket that has already been validated or is counterfeit.
10. Transfer of the Ticket
The ticket is strictly personal and may not be transferred to third parties. Resale is prohibited, even at a price equal to or lower than the purchase price. In the event of a confirmed transfer or resale, Marsala Vacanze reserves the right to cancel the ticket without refund.
11. Consumer Obligations
The consumer must use our services properly and is solely liable for any damages that may be caused to Marsala Vacanze or third parties due to the consumer’s lack of diligence or fraudulent actions.
Under these terms, the consumer is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data and information provided to us pursuant to the online sales contract.
Marsala Vacanze reserves the right to limit or deny service to the consumer if it has evidence that the consumer has violated the terms of the contract, the general terms of use of the Website, the privacy policy, or any other specific terms that may have been agreed upon.
12. Industrial and Intellectual Property
The products and services we offer for purchase through our website are subject to copyright. Furthermore, logos, trademarks, text, icons, and other content subject to industrial and intellectual property rights are protected by applicable laws.

13. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes that may arise between the consumer and Marsala Vacanze as a result of a breach of the terms of the contract, the provisions of applicable law shall apply, and the laws of the Italian legal system shall govern.
If any of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed not to exist and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
