1. Marsala Tourist Card (MV Card):

• In case of purchase of the Marsala Tourist Card:we do not accept the return of the card.

2. Items purchased through the website that allows returns:

For those items purchased on the website you must request a return by sending an email to amministrazione@marsalavacanze.it in which you will indicate the order number and the reason for the return.

3. Returns terms:

14 calendar days from receipt of the email with purchase confirmation.

4. Return approval:

After approval of the return you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be returned to the current account number with which the purchase was made.

5. Change Requests:

The request for changes must be made by sending an email to Customer Care: amministrazione@marsalavacanze.it

8. Refusal of returns:

Marsala Vacanze reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established deadlines, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

9. Loss or theft:

Marsala Vacanze is not responsible for the loss or theft of tickets.
