WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE CHARGED?

If your credit card or PayPal payment is authorized, your payment will be charged immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was completed. If your card is not authorized for online purchases, the payment will not be processed. In this case, try to make the purchase again and if you still have problems, contact your bank branch. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE WEB?

Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payments with Visa and Mastercard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions are accepted. After verifying that the card is registered with the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

WHY CAN MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUSED?  

Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:

• The card may have expired. Check that your card does not exceed its validity date.
• The card may have reached its limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
• Some of the information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
• Your card may not be activated for online purchases. Check with your bank.

CAN I ASK FOR AN INVOICE?

Yes, through the form of data records in the purchasing process. To request an invoice, simply select the I need an invoice checkbox and fill out your billing information.

If you want to request an invoice once the purchase has been made without having filled out the invoice request form, you can send us an email to amministrazione@marsalavacanze.it with the details of your booking and the data you want to appear in it and our administration department will send it to you by email.
