1. HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT ON THE SITE?
There are several ways to search for a product until you find exactly what you're looking for. The easiest way to purchase in our online store is to select the "Tickets&Tours" tab on our website. You can select one of the categories, depending on the product you want to find.
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, you can type the product into the search engine at the top of the site and it will give you everything related to your specific search.
2. HOW DO I BUY A PRODUCT?
- Choose the category and the product you want to buy.
- Choose the number of units you want to buy for that product.
- Add the selected units and products to your cart.
- When your order is ready, select "Checkout" and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
You will shortly receive a confirmation email to the email address provided with the order number and the purchase made.
3. I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
To apply a discount via promotional code to your purchase, enter it in the "Promotional Code" field in step 3 of the checkout process.
Please note that only one discount can be applied per order.
4. HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM THE DISCOUNT OFFERED BY THE MARSALA TOURIST CARD ON THE REST OF THE PRODUCTS?
When you purchase a ticket, a guided tour, a tourist bus, or any of the products benefiting from this card, remember to add the Marsala Tourist Card to your cart and the corresponding discount will be automatically applied to that product.
5 . CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can delete unwanted items from your cart, as long as you have not completed the purchase.
6 . CAN I MODIFY OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot change an order once you have paid for it. We recommend you check our section "Return". There you will find all the information about our return and exchange policy.
7 . HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT MY ONLINE PURCHASE WAS MADE CORRECTLY?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email (to the email address you provided during checkout) along with a purchase reference number within 24 hours.
