The 100% Natural Salt Pan

The "Genna" salt pan was built in the 15th century and carried forward from generation to generation by our "curators," those who take care of the salt pan in all respects. The production of salt in the saline is not as easy and obvious as it may seem. There are processes that last months to then lead to the crystallization of the so-called white gold.

You will be immersed in an atmosphere that smells of history, enriched by iodine with the sun and the wind; the essential elements in the salt pan.
