Originally from Naples, Chef Gallo brings to the table the flavors and traditions gathered in a long culinary journey that has seen him protagonist between the Amalfi Coast, New York, the Fiji Islands and finally Sicily, where today he is a well-known face on the local gastronomic scene. Together with his wife Charmaine, whom he met precisely during a work experience in Fiji, he has run the restaurant A due passi dal mare for more than twelve years, earning the affection of loyal customers and fans of seafood cuisine.

With DeDeo 100, the chef offers dishes that tell the story of his experiences, always with an eye to the quality of ingredients and respect for tradition. His is a concrete, authentic cuisine, designed for those who love to eat well, without frills, but with lots of taste.
